Super Fast Potato and Broccoli Chowder

1 package (32 ounces) Best Yet® Chicken Broth
1-1/2 cups reduced fat milk
1 package (16 ounces) frozen Best Yet® Broccoli Cuts
1 cup Best Yet® Instant Mashed Potatoes (flakes)
1/4 teaspoon Best Yet® Iodized Salt
1/4 teaspoon Best Yet® Black Pepper
1 package (8 ounces) Best Yet® Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
1-1/2 cups reduced fat milk
1 package (16 ounces) frozen Best Yet® Broccoli Cuts
1 cup Best Yet® Instant Mashed Potatoes (flakes)
1/4 teaspoon Best Yet® Iodized Salt
1/4 teaspoon Best Yet® Black Pepper
1 package (8 ounces) Best Yet® Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
1.In large saucepot, heat broth and milk to a simmer over medium-high heat. Add broccoli; cook 5 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; stir in potato flakes, salt and pepper until incorporated. Stir in cheese until melted. Makes about 7-1/2 cups.
