Bacon-Ranch Chicken Salad Lettuce Wraps

Prep: 15 minutes • Serves: 4

3 tablespoons ranch dressing
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2-1/4 cups thawed Tyson® oven roasted diced chicken breast
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions
8 bibb lettuce leaves
4 slices fully cooked bacon, chopped
Fresh strawberries for serving (optional)

1.In large bowl, stir dressing and mayonnaise; fold in chicken, cheese and onions. Makes about 2-1/2 cups chicken mixture.

2.Serve chicken mixture in lettuce leaves sprinkled with bacon; serve with strawberries, if desired.
