Roasted Green Beans & Cherry Tomatoes

Prep: 10 minutes
Roast: 20 minutes • Serves: 8

1. Green Beans: Position 2 oven racks to upper and lower positions; preheat oven to 400°. Spray 2 large rimmed baking pans with nonstick cooking spray. Spread 2 pounds trimmed fresh green beans on 1 prepared pan.

2. Cherry Tomatoes: Spread 2 packages (10.5 ounces each) cherry tomatoes on second prepared pan.

3. Oil: Drizzle 2 tablespoons canola oil each over beans and tomatoes; sprinkle each with 1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper and toss to coat. Roast beans and tomatoes 20 minutes or until beans are tender-crisp and tomatoes begin to char slightly, stirring once and rotating pans between upper and lower racks halfway through roasting. Transfer beans and tomatoes to large bowl.

4. Basil: Add 3 tablespoons chopped fresh basil to bowl; toss.
