Prep: 15 minutes
Bake: 15 minutes • Serves: 6

1/2 (16-ounce) roll Jimmy Dean® ground hot pork sausage
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 can (13.8 ounces) Pillsbury™ classic pizza crust
1/2 cup Classico® four cheese pasta sauce

1.Preheat oven to 425°. In 10-inch cast-iron or oven-safe skillet, cook sausage over medium heat 5 minutes or until browned, breaking up sausage with side of spoon. Add garlic; cook 1 minute or until fragrant, stirring frequently. With slotted spoon, transfer sausage mixture to paper towel-lined plate.

2.In same skillet with drippings, press dough onto bottom and stretch 1-inch up sides of skillet. Spread sauce over dough; top with sausage mixture and cheese. Bake pizza 15 minutes or until edges are golden brown and crust is puffed up. Transfer pizza to cutting board; cut into 6 slices.

Dietitian’s Dish Tip(s):
Burrata is a good source of protein and calcium, essential for muscle repair and bone health. You could also use fresh mozzarella for a mild, lower-fat option or goat cheese for a tangy flavor with healthy fats.
