Avocado Chocolate Mousse

Prep: 15 minutes • Serves: 4

1-1/2 large ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
1 large banana, peeled
1/3 cup almond & cashew protein nutmilk
1/3 cup Hershey’s baking cocoa
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2teaspoon ground cinnamon
Orange zest and chopped almonds for garnish (optional)

1. In food processor, purée avocados, banana, nutmilk, cocoa powder, honey, vanilla extract and cinnamon until smooth. Makes about 2 cups.

2.Divide into 4 small bowls; garnish with orange zest and almonds, if desired.
