2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
1 container (8 ounces) mascarpone cheese, softened
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup chopped dry roasted lightly salted peanuts
1/4 cup finely chopped pretzels
1 green apple, halved, cored and sliced
1 red apple, halved, cored and sliced
1. In large bowl, stir caramel sauce and vinegar until combined; stir in cheese and cinnamon. Fold in 2 tablespoons each peanuts and pretzels. Transfer cheese mixture to serving dish; sprinkle with remaining 2 tablespoons each peanuts and pretzels. Cover dip with plastic wrap; refrigerate 1 hour. Makes about 1-1/2 cups.
2.Serve dip with apple slices.
