Grilled Banana Split

Grill: 5 minutes • Serves: 8

8 strawberries, hulled
4 large bananas, peeled and halved lengthwise
Nonstick cooking spray
1-1/3 cups strawberry ice cream
1-1/3 cups cookies & cream ice cream
1-1/3 cups neapolitan ice cream
2 (4-ounce) pineapple tidbits snack bowls, drained and chopped, 2 tablespoons juice reserved
1/2 cup chocolate syrup
1 cup whipped topping
1/4 cup chopped honey roasted peanuts
4 maraschino cherries

1. Prepare outdoor grill for direct grilling over medium-high heat; spray strawberries and banana halves with cooking spray. Place fruit on hot grill rack; cover and cook 5 minutes or until grill marks appear, turning once. Transfer bananas and strawberries to cutting board, cool slightly and chop strawberries.

2. Add 1 scoop of each ice cream to 4 dessert boat dishes; place 2 banana halves along sides of ice cream in each dish. Add strawberries, pineapple and reserved pineapple juice; drizzle with chocolate syrup. Dollop whipped topping over each scoop of ice cream; top with peanuts and cherries. Makes 4 banana splits.
