2 large avocados, peeled and pitted
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper plus additional for garnish
4 slices whole-grain bread, toasted
4 refrigerated hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1 cup halved grape tomatoes
3 tablespoons chunky blue cheese yogurt dressing
Fresh dill for garnish (optional)
1/4 teaspoon salt

1. In medium bowl, mash avocados with back of a fork until chunky; stir in salt and pepper.
2. Spread avocado mixture on toast; top with alternating rows of eggs and tomatoes. Serve toasts drizzled with dressing, sprinkled with pepper and garnished with dill, if desired.
