Prep: 15 minutes plus cooling and standing
Cook: 8 minutes • Serves: 4

1/2 cup dry farro
2 New York strip steaks (about 10 ounces each)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Transfer steaks to cutting board; tent with aluminum foil and let stand 10 minutes. (Internal temperature will rise to 145° upon standing.)

3.In large bowl, prepare salad kit as label directs; stir in apple and farro. Makes about 7 cups.
