1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
1/2 cup shelled walnuts
1/2 cup sweetened dried cherries
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1. In food processor, process all ingredients 1 minute or until well combined and crumbly. Makes about 2-1/3 cups.
2. Shape mixture into 10 (1-1/2-inch) balls. Store at room temperature in an airtight container up to 3 days.
