Buffalo-Ranch Shrimp Flatbread

Bake: 10 minutes • Serves: 4

1 package (8.8 ounces) naan flatbread (2 pieces)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1-1/4 cups grated smoked Cheddar cheese
2 cups leftover buffalo shrimp, chopped
1/4 cup drained canned sliced black olives
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
1/2 cup leftover ranch sour cream

1.Preheat oven to 400°. Place flatbreads on rimmed baking pan; brush with oil. Sprinkle flatbreads with cheese, shrimp, olives and onion; bake 10 minutes or until cheese melts and edges are golden brown. Transfer to cutting board; cut each flatbread into 8 pieces.

2.Serve flatbreads topped with ranch sour cream.
