Apple-Cinnamon Vanilla Scones

Nonstick cooking spray
2-1/4 cups all-purpose flour plus additional for dusting
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup cold unsalted butter (1 stick), cut into small pieces
1 cup plus 3 tablespoons French vanilla oatmilk or dairy creamer
2/3 cup finely chopped Honeycrisp apple
1 cup powdered sugar

1.Preheat oven to 425°; spray 8-inch round cake pan with cooking spray. Line rimmed baking pan with parchment paper; spray with cooking spray.

2.In food processor, pulse flour, granulated sugar, baking powder and cinnamon until combined; add butter and pulse until small crumbs remain. Add 1 cup creamer; pulse until incorporated.

3.Transfer dough to floured work surface; add apples and knead until dough just comes together, sprinkling with additional flour as needed. Press dough into prepared cake pan; invert onto cutting board and cut into 8 wedges. Place wedges on prepared baking pan; brush with 1 tablespoon creamer and bake 15 minutes or until golden brown.

4.In small bowl, whisk powdered sugar and remaining 2 tablespoons creamer; drizzle over scones. Makes 8 scones.
