


Frozen Tropical Sunset Lemonade
Prep: 15 minutes plus freezing • Serves: 4
1 cup Dole® Mandarin oranges in 100% fruit juice, drained plus additional for garnish (optional)
1 cup hulled and quartered strawberries plus additional for garnish (optional)
1 cup fresh lemon juice
3 tablespoons light agave nectar
Ice
1.Freeze pineapple, oranges and strawberries in single layer on rimmed baking pan, separately, 1 hour.
2.In medium bowl, whisk lemon juice and agave. In blender, purée pineapple, 1/3 lemon juice mixture and 1/2 cup ice; transfer to small bowl. In blender, purée oranges, 1/3 lemon juice mixture and 1/2 cup ice; transfer to second small bowl. In blender, purée strawberries, remaining 1/3 lemon juice mixture and ½ cup ice. Makes about 4 cups.
3.In 4 (8-ounce) glasses, layer strawberry mixture, orange mixture and pineapple mixture; garnish with orange sections and strawberries, if desired.
