Grilled Fruit Dump Cake

Grill: 1 hour • Serves: 12

Nonstick cooking spray
2 cans (15 ounces each) BestYet™ fruit cocktail in peach and pear juice
1 can (20 ounces) BestYet™ no sugar added crushed pineapple in pineapple juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 box (15.25 ounces) BestYet™ classic yellow cake mix
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup BestYet™ sweetened coconut flakes
1 cup cold BestYet™ unsalted butter (2 sticks), cut into 1/2-inch pieces

1.Prepare outdoor grill for indirect grilling over medium-high heat; spray 13 x 9-inch baking dish
with cooking spray.

2.In large bowl, stir fruit cocktail with juice, pineapple with juice, vanilla extract, cinnamon and salt; spread in prepared dish. Sprinkle with cake mix, pecans and coconut; top with butter. Place dish on hot grill rack over unlit side of grill; cover and cook 1 hour or until top is golden brown and edges bubble, rotating once halfway through grilling. Makes about 6 cups.
