5 slices Smithfield® hometown original smoked bacon
1 cup shredded mild Cheddar cheese
2/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons favorite BBQ spice seasoning or rub
Sliced green onions for garnish (optional)
1. Cook pasta as label directs; drain and cool.
2.In large skillet, cook bacon over medium-high heat 8 minutes or until crisp, turning occasionally; with slotted spoon, transfer to paper towel-lined plate. Cool bacon; chop.
3.In large bowl, toss bacon, cheese, mayonnaise, seasoning and pasta. Makes about 4 cups.
4.Serve pasta salad sprinkled with green onions, if desired.
