


Blue Cheese & Date-Stuffed Apricots

1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/4 cup chopped pitted dates
3 apricots, halved and pitted
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons sliced almonds

1. In small bowl, stir cheese and dates.
2. Fill cut side of apricots with cheese mixture; drizzle with honey and sprinkle with almonds.
