Slushy Punch

Prep: 10 minutes plus freezing and standing
Cook: 5 minutes • Serves: 12

1 package (3 ounces) JELL-O® cherry gelatin dessert
1 cup Domino® granulated sugar
2-1/2 teaspoons Lipton® sweetened lemon iced tea mix
1 can (12 ounces) frozen lemonade concentrate
1 can (12 ounces) frozen orange juice concentrate
2-1/2 cups gin or vodka

1.In medium saucepot, heat gelatin, sugar and 2 cups water to a boil over high heat. In 16-ounce measuring cup, whisk iced tea mix and 2 cups warm water until tea mix is dissolved.

2.In large bowl or container, stir lemonade concentrate, juice concentrate, gelatin mixture and tea mixture until juice concentrates are dissolved. Stir in gin and 7 cups cold water; cover and freeze 24 hours.

3.To serve, let stand at room temperature 30 minutes or until it begins to melt around the edges; with fork, scrape ice mixture to a slushy consistency.
