Chicago-Style Hot Dogs

Grill: 5 minutes • Serves: 4

4 grass-fed all-beef hot dogs
4 hot dog buns
3 pepperoncini, sliced crosswise
1 Roma tomato, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup sweet relish
Celery salt and/or yellow mustard for garnish (optional)

1.Prepare outdoor grill for direct grilling over medium heat. Place hot dogs on hot grill rack; cover and cook 5 minutes or until grill marks appear, turning occasionally. About 2 minutes before hot dogs are done cooking, place buns, cut side down, on hot grill rack; cover and cook 2 minutes or until grill marks appear.

2.Fill buns with hot dogs, pepperoncini, tomato and relish; serve garnished with celery salt and/or mustard, if desired.
