1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 cup vanilla caramel creamer
1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon apple pie spice plus additional for garnish (optional)
2-1/2 cups strong brewed coffee

1.In small saucepan, heat milk, creamer, chocolate chips and apple pie spice over medium heat 4 minutes or until steamy and chocolate melts, whisking frequently. Makes about 1-1/2 cups.
2.Pour coffee into 4 (8-ounce) mugs; top with milk mixture, and whipped cream and apple pie spice, if desired.
