Buffalo Chicken Dip

1 package (8 ounces) Philadelphia® cream cheese, softened
1 container (4 ounces) crumbled blue cheese
1-1/2 cups Sargento® shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
3/4 cup Hidden Valley® original ranch dressing
1/2 cup Frank’s® RedHot® cayenne pepper sauce
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives plus additional for garnish (optional)
2 cups shredded skinless rotisserie chicken breast meat
Snack Factory® pretzel crisps and/or fresh veggies for serving (optional)

1.Preheat oven to 350°. In large bowl, stir cream cheese, blue cheese, 1 cup Cheddar cheese, dressing, cayenne pepper sauce, sour cream and chives; fold in chicken. Spread chicken mixture in 9-inch square baking dish and sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese; bake 35 minutes or until golden brown and edges bubble. Makes about 5 cups.

2.Serve dip sprinkled with chives along with pretzel crisps and/or fresh veggies, if desired.
