1/2 cup brewed medium roast coffee
1/4 cup International Delight® peppermint mocha creamer
4 cups vanilla ice cream
1/4 cup dark chocolate sauce
1/2 cup whipped cream
4 biscotti
1. In blender, blend liqueur, coffee and creamer until combined; add ice cream and blend on high until smooth. Makes about 4 cups.
2. Drizzle 1 tablespoon chocolate sauce down inside of 4 (10-ounce) glasses, rotating each glass as you drizzle. Pour milkshake into glasses; garnish with whipped cream and biscotti.

Chef Tip:
For a nonalcoholic milkshake, substitute the coffee-flavored liqueur with 1-1/2 tablespoons instant coffee granules dissolved in 3/4 cup hot water, then refrigerate until chilled.

Kids can’t have all the treats! With this grown-up milkshake, enjoy the tastes of the season, such as peppermint mocha, and the always-welcome chocolate, vanilla and cookie flavors. If you want to include the kids or teetotaling party guests, simply skip the liqueur ingredient.
