


French Onion Roast Beef Sliders

Bake: 15 minutes • Serves: 12
1 large yellow onion, halved and thinly sliced
1 package (12 ounces) original Hawaiian sweet rolls or savory butter rolls, split lengthwise
3/4 cup French onion dip
12 ounces sliced deli roast beef
6 slices Sargento® sliced Swiss cheese, halved
Baby arugula (optional)
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1-1/2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning
1.Preheat oven to 350°; line rimmed baking pan with parchment paper. In large skillet, heat oil over low heat. Add onion and 1 tablespoon water; cover and cook 10 minutes. Uncover; cook 7 minutes or until very soft and caramelized, stirring occasionally.
2.Place bottom halves of rolls, cut side up, on prepared pan; top with dip, roast beef, cheese, onion and arugula, if desired, and top halves of rolls, cut side down. Brush tops of sliders with butter and sprinkle with seasoning; cover pan with aluminum foil. Bake sliders 13 minutes or until cheese is melted; uncover and bake 2 minutes or until tops of sliders are lightly browned. Makes 12 sliders.
