1/2 (10.5 ounce) baguette, cut crosswise into 1/2-inch-thick slices
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 packages (3 ounces each) sliced prosciutto
1 package (8 ounces) sharp Cheddar cheese, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 package (6 ounces) blue cheese, coarsely crumbled
1 package (5.6 ounces) extra aged Gouda cheese, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1 package (5 ounces) flatbread crackers
1 package (4 ounces) goat cheese
1 package (4 ounces) sliced hard salami
1/2 cup drained baby kosher dill pickles
1/2 cup drained pitted black and/or green olives
1/2 cup dried apricots
1 cup roasted salted almonds
1/3 cup blueberry preserves

1.Preheat oven to 350°. Place baguette slices in single layer on rimmed baking pan; brush both sides with oil. Bake baguette 10 minutes or until golden brown and toasted.

2.On large serving platter, arrange all ingredients, except preserves; place preserves in small bowl.
