


Air Fryer Apple Chips with Almond Butter Dip
Prep: 10 minutes plus cooling
Air Fry: 1 hour 20 minutes • Serves: 4
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
2 large Honeycrisp apples, halved, cored and thinly sliced
Nonstick cooking spray
1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
1/4 cup almond butter
1 tablespoon honey
1.Preheat 3-quart air fryer to 300° for 5 minutes. In large bowl, stir sugar and cinnamon; add apples and toss to coat. Spray both sides of coated apples with cooking spray.
2.In 4 batches, air fry apples in single layer 20 minutes or until golden brown and crisp, turning once; transfer chips to wire rack and cool completely (apples will continue to crisp as they cool). Makes about 2 cups.
3.In medium bowl, stir yogurt, almond butter and honey. Makes about 3/4 cup.
4.Serve apple chips with almond butter dip.
