In a large coffee mug, stir together 2 tablespoons almond flour, 1 tablespoon coconut flour, 1/4 cup thawed, frozen blueberries, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, 3 tablespoons almond milk, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon honey, and a pinch of salt.
