In small bowl, stir 3 tablespoons lime juice, cumin, and 3\/4 teaspoon each salt and black pepper. Cut tofu lengthwise into 4 (1-inch) planks; brush lime juice mixture over both sides of tofu and let stand 30 minutes.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"recPrep\"><span>2.<\/span> Prepare outdoor grill for direct grilling over medium-high heat. In large bowl, stir mango, jalape\u00f1o pepper, strawberries, onion, cilantro, and remaining 1 tablespoon lime juice, and 1\/4 teaspoon each salt and black pepper. Makes about 2 cups.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"recPrep\"><span>3.<\/span> Place tofu on hot grill rack; cover and cook 8 minutes or until grill marks appear, turning once. During last 2 minutes of grilling, spray both sides of tortillas with cooking spray; place on hot grill rack, cover and cook 2 minutes or until grill marks appear, turning once.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"recPrep\"><span>4.<\/span> Transfer tofu to cutting board; cut into 3\/4-inch strips.
