Brussels Sprouts:<\/span> Position 2 oven racks to upper and lower positions; preheat oven to 450\u00b0. Heat large covered saucepot of water to a boil over high heat; add 2 pounds trimmed and halved Brussels sprouts. Return to a boil and cook 3 minutes; drain well.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"recPrep\"><span>2. Oil:<\/span> Whisk 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil and 1 teaspoon salt in large bowl; add sprouts and toss to coat. Spread sprouts on 2 rimmed baking pans; roast 15 minutes or until sprouts are golden brown on bottom, rotating pans between upper and lower racks halfway through roasting.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"recPrep\"><span>3. Hazelnuts:<\/span> Add 1 package (2.25 ounces) chopped hazelnuts (about 1\/2 cup) to sprouts.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"recPrep\"><span>4.
