In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat; add steaks and cook 8 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 135\u00b0 for medium-rare, turning once. Transfer steaks to cutting board; tent with aluminum foil and let stand 10 minutes. (Internal temperature will rise to 145\u00b0 upon standing.)<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"recPrep\"><span>3.<\/span>In large bowl, prepare salad kit as label directs; stir in apple and farro.
