In small bowl, stir butter and honey.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"recPrep\"><span>2.<\/span>With rolling pin, flatten croissants to 1\/4-inch thick; spread with butter mixture and top with ham, cheese and onions.
