Makes about 2 cups.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"recPrep\"><span>2.<\/span>Prepare outdoor grill for direct grilling over medium-high heat. Spray both sides of bread with cooking spray. Place bread on hot grill rack; cover and cook 3 minutes or until grill marks appear, turning once. Turn off 1&nbsp;side of grill.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"recPrep\"><span>3.<\/span>Spread toasts with cheese; top with prosciutto mixture. Place toasts on unlit side of grill; cover and cook 7 minutes or until heated through and top is lightly browned.
