Spray rimmed baking pan with cooking spray. In large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium-high heat; in batches, if necessary, add ham and cook 4 minutes or until browned, turning once. Transfer ham to prepared pan.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"recPrep\"><span>2.<\/span>Top ham with leftover potatoes; broil 1 minute or until potatoes are heated through.
