Spray carrots, peppers and broccoli with cooking spray; place on hot grill rack and cook, uncovered, 8 minutes or until grill marks appear, turning occasionally. Transfer vegetables to cutting board; cool\u00a0slightly.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"recPrep\"><span>2.<\/span>Thinly slice carrots crosswise; cut broccoli into small florets. Cut peppers lengthwise in half, and remove stems and seeds; cut lengthwise into strips. In large bowl, toss vegetables, onions and sesame seeds. Makes about 6 cups.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"recPrep\"><span>3.<\/span>Prepare rice as label directs. Serve half the vegetable mixture over 1 package rice drizzled with 1\/4 cup vinaigrette.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"recPrep\"><span>4.<\/span>In same large bowl, toss remaining half the vegetables, 1 package rice and 1\/4 cup vinaigrette; cover and refrigerate up to 2 days.
