In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat; add salmon and cook 8 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145\u00b0 and outside is \u201cblackened,\u201d turning once.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"recPrep\"><span>2.<\/span>Heat tortillas between 2 damp paper towels in microwave oven 30 seconds.
