In large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat 8 minutes or until browned, breaking up sausage with side of spoon; with slotted spoon, transfer to paper towel-lined plate. Wipe out skillet.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"recPrep\"><span>2.<\/span> In same skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add celery and onion; cook 5 minutes or until tender-crisp, stirring occasionally. Add mushrooms; cook 5 minutes or until almost tender, stirring occasionally. Add garlic and thyme; cook 1 minute or until fragrant, stirring frequently.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"recPrep\"><span>3.<\/span> In large bowl, gently toss baguette, stock, salt, pepper, sausage and celery mixture; transfer to prepared dish and cover with aluminum foil. Bake stuffing 30 minutes; remove foil and bake 15 minutes or until top is golden brown.
