In same saucepot, toss pasta, 2 tablespoons oil and reserved cooking water; cover to keep warm.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"recPrep\"><span>2.<\/span>In large skillet, heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil over medium-high heat. Add pork; cook 2 minutes until lightly browned, stirring frequently. Add garlic; cook 1 minute or until fragrant, stirring frequently.
