Add onion, bell pepper and celery; cook 7 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Add garlic; cook 30 seconds or until fragrant, stirring frequently. Add bean mixture; cook 3 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring occasionally. Add stock, salt and black pepper; cook 3 minutes or until most liquid is absorbed, stirring occasionally. Makes about 3 cups bean mixture.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"recPrep\"><span>3.<\/span>Prepare rice as label directs.
