In medium bowl, toss Brussels sprouts, oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper until well coated. On rimmed baking pan, evenly spread Brussels sprouts. Roast 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown and edges are crisp, stirring once halfway through cooking.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"recPrep\"><span>2.<\/span>Meanwhile, prepare Maple-Mustard Dressing: In small bowl, whisk all ingredients until well blended.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"recPrep\"><span>3.<\/span>To serve, whisk dressing. In large bowl, toss arugula, romaine and onion with dressing until evenly coated.
