Add asparagus; cook 2 minutes or until tender-crisp. Transfer asparagus to bowl filled with ice water; once chilled, drain and pat dry with paper towel.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"recPrep\"><span>2.<\/span> In large skillet, cook bacon over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until crisp, stirring occasionally; transfer to paper towel-lined plate.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"recPrep\"><span>3.<\/span> In food processor, pur\u00e9e garlic, yogurt, blue cheese, Neufch\u00e2tel cheese and lemon zest on high; transfer to serving bowl and stir in 1\/2 the bacon.
