In medium bowl, combine chicken, chili powder, cumin, salt and cayenne. Evenly brush 1 side of each tortilla with butter; turn tortillas over.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"recPrep\"><span>2.<\/span>On bottom half of each tortilla, in about 2-inch strip, evenly layer one-eighth of the bacon, chicken mixture, green onions, avocado, jalape\u00f1o, tomatoes and cheese. Starting from bottom, tightly roll tortilla to enclose filling; place rolls, seam side down, on cookie sheet. Bake 5 to 7 minutes or until lightly browned.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"recPrep\"><span>3.<\/span> Meanwhile, prepare Creamy Chili Dip: In small bowl, stir all ingredients until well combined.
