Spray standard 12-cup muffin pan with cooking spray.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"recPrep\"><span>2.<\/span> In medium bowl, whisk all-purpose flour, sugar, oat flour, chia seeds, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. In large bowl, whisk eggs, bananas and oil until combined; stir in flour mixture until just combined. Fold in blueberries and divide into prepared cups; sprinkle with almonds.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"recPrep\"><span>3.<\/span> Bake muffins 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of muffins comes out clean; cool 10 minutes in pan.
