Easy Granola Cups

Prep: 10 minutes plus chilling
Cook: 5 minutes • Serves: 6

Nonstick cooking spray
1/2 cup agave nectar
1/2 cup sunflower butter
2 cups mixed berry granola
1-1/2 cups old-fashioned oats
2 tablespoons ground cinnamon

1.Spray 12-cup standard muffin pan with cooking spray. In small saucepot, heat agave and sunflower butter over medium heat 5 minutes or until sunflower butter is melted, stirring occasionally.

2.In large bowl, stir granola, oats, cinnamon and agave mixture. Firmly press granola mixture into prepared cups; refrigerate 1 hour or until firm. Makes 12 granola cups.
