Prep: 15 minutes plus soaking
Cook: 32 minutes • Serves: 16

16 (10-inch) wooden skewers
1-1/2 cups sour cream
1-1/2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning
Nonstick cooking spray
8 beef franks, halved lengthwise

1.Soak skewers in water 20 minutes. In medium bowl, stir sour cream and seasoning; cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate. Makes about 1-1/2 cups.

2.Preheat waffle iron; spray both sides with cooking spray. Thread hot dogs onto skewers.

3.In large bowl, whisk pancake mix and 1-1/2 cups water; stir in onions and cheese. Dip 2 hot dogs in batter to coat, allowing excess to drip off; place hot dogs on waffle iron, close iron and cook 4 minutes or until golden brown. Repeat with remaining hot dogs and batter. Makes 16 waffle dogs.
