Air Fryer Maple-Teriyaki Glazed Pork Chops

Prep: 10 minutes plus chilling and resting
Air Fry: 15 minutes • Serves: 2

2 (6-ounce) New York pork chops
2/3 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup less-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons minced garlic
2 tablespoons sliced green onion plus more for garnish
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper plus more for garnish

1.To a gallon resealable bag, add all ingredients. Seal bag and shake to combine. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes or up to 12 hours.

2.Preheat an air fryer to 360°. Discarding marinade, transfer chops to a cutting board. Season with salt and black pepper, if desired, then lightly coat with cooking spray.

3.Arrange chops in fryer basket with a little room between them. Cook until internal temperature reaches 145°, about 15 minutes. Transfer chops to a plate and let rest 3 minutes. Serve garnished with green onion and red pepper.
