Prep: 10 minutes plus cooling
Air Fry: 1 hour 20 minutes • Serves: 4

2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
2 large Honeycrisp apples, halved, cored and thinly sliced
Nonstick cooking spray
1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon honey

1.Preheat 3-quart air fryer to 300° for 5 minutes. In large bowl, stir sugar and cinnamon; add apples and toss to coat. Spray both sides of coated apples with cooking spray.

2.In 4 batches, air fry apples in single layer 20 minutes or until golden brown and crisp, turning once; transfer chips to wire rack and cool completely (apples will continue to crisp as they cool). Makes about 2 cups.
