


White Chocolate-Peppermint Latte
Prep: 6 minutes
Slow Cook: 1 hour 30 minutes • Serves: 6
1-1/3 cups half and half
2/3 cup International Delight® peppermint mocha creamer
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons instant espresso powder
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Whipped cream and/or peppermint candy or candy cane pieces for garnish (optional)
1. In 2- to 3-quart slow cooker, whisk milk, half and half, creamer, sugar and espresso powder; cover and cook on high 1 hour 15 minutes.
2. Add chocolate chips and stir until melted; cover and cook on low 15 minutes. Makes about 6 cups.
3. Serve latte in mugs garnished with whipped cream and/or candy pieces, if desired.
